Description

The SAM Compact Sampling System is designed to measure dew point or moisture content with consistent, accurate results in various industrial gas applications with a tested inlet operating pressure up to 290psig The SAM comes equipped with a flow meter and metering valves for easy maintenance of optimum flow for more accurate reads (2 to 10scfh). Constructed with gas-wetted parts such as 316 stainless steel and borosilicate glass, this allows the SAM to operate with minimal response times to moisture content changes. The SAM is a streamlined, cost-effective system built to revamp the compressed air, oil and gas process markets. Built with application flexibility in mind, the SAM system components are fully interchangeable, and is compatible with various dew point transmitters and hygrometers via 5/8 and 3/4in UNF process connections. This customization is further exemplified in the design of the filtration system. In addition to the HDPE guard for the sensing element, the SAM comes outfitted with a filter housing that can take recyclable particulate filter, or coalescing filter cartridges. Add additional protection and extend the operating life of the SAM system in harsher process environments with the optional GRP Enclosure, with IP66 and NEMA 4X ratings. Optional fitted display for easy-to-read data also available with enclosure configurations.
